Is my payment information secure?

Short Answer: Absolutely! We process payments via Paypal which uses industry-leading encryption and fraud prevention tools. 

Geek Speak: PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). When making a payment, the PayPal server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

But I don't have a Paypal account. Can I still purchase from you?

You bet! We just use Paypal as a secure payment gateway so your information is kept safe. We accept all major forms of payment so go ahead and enter your information and know that it is being encrypted for your safety. 

I just made a purchase. What happens next?

Congratulations and THANK YOU from our ever loving hearts! We guarantee whatever you ordered will make you and (everyone you encounter!) smile for sure. You will receive a confirmation email from us with your order number and a fulfillment time estimate. Once it ships, we send a followup email with a tracking number and delivery date. 

That's great, but when do I get my order?

Each order takes 2-5 business days to be fulfilled, then is shipped with USPS (longer if ordered outside the US and Canada). US orders take 4-7 business days to be delivered after fulfillment and International orders take 7-21 business days for delivery after fulfillment. 

That was my next question! So you do ship outside the U.S.?

Yep! The only issue you might face is delivery time and shipping fees. Since we're located in the US, delivery to international customers can take up to 20 business days and cost more than domestic.

I'm not sure which size to choose, is there a size chart?

We've done our best to include size charts for each product available throughout the store. But in case we missed one somewhere, just shoot us an email and we will help you find that perfect fit. 

How do I measure myself?

Chest:
Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across the back, and comfortably loose.

Waist:
Measure around your natural waist with a measuring tape.

Note: A few size charts also give garment length so grab that tape measure again if you come across that in our store. 

What kind of inks do you use on apparel?

Good question! We use the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing and our inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable.
We also use CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant inks when printing on children's wear 12 and below.

I Need to change something on my order. How Can I do That?

If you need to change, cancel or add something to your order, please contact us immediately right here. We process most orders within 2-5 hours, and once it has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

Uh-oh. I'm not saying it was you, but there is a mistake with my order. Can you fix that?

Ah. Thanks for asking! First, there are no refunds available for purchased products. All sales are final. That said, merchandise may only be exchanged if an item is defective and returned within 14 days of ship date. For that reason, please make sure that you utilize our sizing charts on each product, and have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase.

Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to us. When returning items, we suggest you insure the package via Mail or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed.

I love your store, but I want something I don't see?

That's great! We want our designs on everything too (!) and will be adding new brands and products over time but in the meantime if you're feeling impatient, just send us an email and we'll see if we can make all your dreams come true. Plus, the more demand we see for a product, the more likely we are to launch it.

Where are you located?

We are based out of the one and only NYC! But all products ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles.
